Troubleshooting: Tenant Connection Issues

Use this guide when tenant tests fail or when deploy/updates target the wrong context.
Prerequisites
- Tenant tests or deploy tenant step are failing/mismatched.
- Settings page is available.
Click Path
- Run Health check.
- Run Tenant Connection test.
- Verify Customer Workspace context.
- If needed, disconnect and reconnect tenant cleanly.
- Re-test tenant and retry action.
Evidence To Capture
- Timestamp of failing test.
- Active customer/workspace name.
- Result text from health + tenant test.
- Matching row from
Settings > Activity Logs.
Expected Result
- Tenant context becomes healthy and aligned with intended customer.
If It Fails
- Confirm Microsoft account context during authorization.
- Repeat clean reconnect in correct workspace.
- Escalate with tenant/context evidence.
