Use this flow to validate plan changes, billing interval, and invoice visibility.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in.
  • Settings page is open.

Click Path

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In left menu, click Subscription.
  3. Choose billing interval with Monthly or Yearly - Save 10%.
  4. Click the relevant tier action button.
  5. Complete checkout flow and return to PackMyApp.
  6. Click Refresh invoices and verify status.
  7. Use Download PDF on invoice rows when needed.
  8. Click Refresh invoices and verify status.
  9. Use Download PDF on invoice rows when needed.

Verification Checklist

  • Selected tier and billing interval match your intent.
  • Subscription status reflects the latest action.
  • Invoice rows refresh and can be exported.

Expected Result

  • Plan state and billing interval reflect intended choice.
  • Invoice list updates and exports are available.

If It Fails

  1. Click Refresh invoices and re-open Subscription.
  2. Sign out from profile menu and sign in again.
  3. Compare displayed tier, status, and invoice history.
  4. Capture mismatch details before support escalation.
