Prerequisites
You can open PackMyApp website.
You know whether you are reading as a new user, Tier 0 user, or multi-customer operator.
Click Path
Open /docs.
In left menu, click GUIDED PATHS > Guided Path: New User if you are unsure where to begin.
Click CORE FLOWS > Sign-In, Access, And Tiers.
Click SETTINGS > Settings Overview, then SETTINGS > Connect A Tenant.
Click WORKSPACE AND DEPLOYMENT > Intune Insights: Export Profiles.
Use the Intune Insights Overview tab KPI cards as quick filters: click any card (Managed devices, Compliant, Non-compliant, Critical storage, etc.) to instantly jump to the Devices tab with the matching filter applied, and use the KPI detail modal for fast context on the selected metric.
- Alternative: use the device table's manual search/filter/sort controls.
- Mobile users will see a responsive card-based table layout instead of horizontal scroll.
- Visual hierarchy improvements (KPI spacing, queue card contrast, table striping, staleness indicator styling) make triage faster and clearer.
Use the Intune Insights Action Queue cards to jump directly to stale check-ins, missing encryption context, critical storage devices, or Needs review follow-up lanes, use clickable Why now pills for instant reason-based filtering, use Reset triage when you want a clean slate, monitor the Tenant health score KPI for one-number risk tracking plus its explainability breakdown, and check Snapshot age before acting on old data.
