Settings: Activity Logs
What This Page Covers
Use Activity Logs to trace what happened, when it happened, and which action failed.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in.
- Settings page is open.
Click Path
- Open
Settings. - In left menu, click
Activity Logs. - Wait for log list to load.
- Identify relevant event type.
- Click the relevant row and read details for route/status/timing clues.
Investigation Flow
- Start with the latest matching event near your failure time.
- Confirm operation type (
login,tenant,deploy,update,disconnect). - Compare status/result across retries.
- Capture one successful row and one failing row for contrast.
Expected Result
- You can trace recent login, sync, deploy, disconnect, and error activity.
Verification Checklist
- You identified the exact failing operation type.
- You have route/status/timestamp evidence.
- You can reproduce the issue path from the log trail.
If It Fails
- Refresh logs and retry after reproducing issue.
- Narrow investigation to latest matching event type.
- Capture key details before support escalation.
