- After any switch or change, confirm the active customer label updates in the topbar.
- Run
Settings > HealthandSettings > Tenant Connectionto confirm the new active context is healthy before continuing.

The desktop Customer Workspace view shows the plan summary, linked-tenant count, current tenant state, and tenant cards in one wide settings panel.
Caution: Removing Tenant Entries
- Removing a tenant entry from Customer Workspace is permanent within the session — the link must be re-established manually.
- Do not remove an entry if you are unsure which customer it belongs to.
- If you accidentally remove the active tenant, use
Tenant Connectionto reconnect.
If It Fails
- If
Customer Workspacedoes not appear in Settings, verify your tier supports multi-customer workflows. - If a switch does not reflect in the topbar, use the topbar
Customerswitcher as an alternative. - If a tenant shows as stale after switch, use
Tenant Connectionto reconnect. - If you removed a tenant entry unintentionally, reconnect via
Tenant Connectionimmediately.
