Use this page to confirm PackMyApp is operational before tenant linking, deploy, or updates.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in.
  • You can open Settings.
  • You are testing in the intended customer context.

Click Path

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In the left menu, click Health.
  3. Click Run health check.
  4. Wait for completion and read the summary first.
  5. Expand failing checks and capture the exact check id/message.

How To Read The Result

  • Healthy: continue with tenant/deploy/update actions.
  • Warning: continue carefully and verify affected area first.
  • Failed: stop rollout actions and resolve root cause.

Verification Checklist

  • Health check finishes without timeout.
  • No blocking failures in tenant/auth/deploy-related checks.
  • You have enough detail to reproduce if escalation is needed.

If It Fails

  1. Stop deploy/update attempts.
  2. Re-run once to rule out transient issues.
  3. Validate tenant and auth context in Tenant Connection.
  4. Use Settings > Activity Logs to correlate timestamps and errors.
